    Sun Kim

Sun holds a graduate degree from USC, where she focused on ethnocentrism, institutionalism (i.e. school-to-prison pipeline, implicit bias in courts and social services), public policy, legislation, and social mobility. Her undergraduate ethnic studies and psychology thesis concentrated on race relations and the dynamics through the media’s impact on socialization, communication, and systems formation.

Sun's current work focuses on the intersection between social intervention and policy integration, focusing on justice-involved and transitional aged youths. IN addition to co-organizing with LA Legal Hackers, Sun has worked in government relations, as a judicial intern, and as an educator.
